This is a photo of my studio, where all the magic happens. As you can see I'm working on a project now, it is in the drawing stage. This image is a photo I took with my DSLR camera of the Tribune Tower in Chicago. I have enlarged this image to fit a large sheet of watercolor paper and, now I am tracing this image up, that will be transferred to the paper this will be the cartoon for the finished painting. This is a big complicated project. I hope to make limited edition prints of this painting. This kind of work is labor intensive and, time intensive as well, but I always think that a good drawing is the platform for a good painting!
